The Pricing Analyst role exists to develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that advance Zoro’s position as a supplier of choice while supporting key business objectives. This role is accountable for conducting data analysis, designing and enhancing pricing tools and models, and working cross‑functionally with Category Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and other departments to ensure pricing aligns with organizational goals. The expected outcome is a data‑driven, efficient, and adaptive pricing approach that enhances profitability, competitiveness, and overall business performance.

• Develop, maintain, and improve models, scripts, and workflows that process and validate supplier pricing data.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of price updates and MAP compliance across all product categories.
• Partner cross‑functionally to resolve pricing issues and identify new opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate pricing operations for efficiency and scalability.
• Use strong communication skills to present findings and build support for pricing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Foundational experience with data visualization and business process optimization.

• 0‑2 years of pricing, operations, or data analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using limited or imperfect data.
• Experience improving or automating business processes in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $58,000—$77,000 USD, commensurate with experience and location. Actual compensation may vary.
