Job Overview
The role is responsible for supporting business leads in the development and maintenance of various initiatives. The coordinator oversees the coordination and status reporting of cross‑functional project work, governance activities, and tracking corporate goals. The coordinator supports the delivery of initiatives and resolves issues through design, development, and implementation, aids in the administration of correspondence, participation, and ongoing implementation activities, and provides support to business and technical teams by testing functions of new software and delivery platforms.
Salary$68,199.00 – $94,152.09
QualificationsEducation
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Required 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent multi‑tasking and organizational skills.
- Team‑oriented interpersonal skills.
- Preferred:
Professional, Academy for Health Care Management (PAHM) – AHIP
Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
Change management techniques.
Background in BCBS or the health insurance industry.
Salary InformationThe posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
