Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Keep Stock capabilities, focusing on scalable workflows that improve on‑shelf availability, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Operations, engineering, UX, and analytics to translate field workflows and constraints into clear product requirements, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and evolve decisioning approaches—rules, thresholds, exception handling, and data inputs—that support consistent execution across a diverse set of customer sites.
  • Identify and prioritize customer and internal needs; translate them into a product roadmap and specifications that guide iterative delivery.
  • Lead agile delivery teams through structured execution, providing business context and aligning partners on scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
  • Lead launch planning and change management across stakeholders, including readiness, training/enablement needs, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
  • Use data to assess product performance, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement; communicate updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience delivering data‑intensive products, owning outcomes end‑to‑end.
  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or operations‑focused domains with strong quantitative skills.
  • Strong technical fluency and analytical tooling: working understanding of APIs, services, data models, and experience using SQL, Excel, or dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills through structured documentation, data‑driven recommendations, and clarity in stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to function with ambiguity and within a matrix organization and operate on a tight schedule.
  • Problem‑solving, planning, and creative time‑management skills with high ownership and urgency.
