We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sales and Operations Manager to join our fast-paced Sales team. This role is integral to our success and requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise. If you are passionate about the Food and Beverage industry and have a proven track record in sales and operations management, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all aspects of sales and operations within the food and beverage sector, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all related processes.
2. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
4. Analyzing sales statistics and market trends to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
5. Coordinating with the marketing team to develop strategies for product promotion and brand visibility.
6. Ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations and standards.
7. Managing and coaching the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
8. Collaborating with the production department to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
9. Preparing and presenting sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
10. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and operations management role within the food and beverage industry.
2. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry regulations.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
