What

You Can Expect To Do
  • Support the Asset Management team in the development and execution of strategic asset plans intended to maximize portfolio value and report performance results to senior leadership.
  • Manage the complex capital stack specific to the portfolio associated with this role
  • Assist with all financing/transactional needs of the portfolio, including, but not limited to: LP Buyouts, Refinancings, Recapitalizations, Dispositions, and LIHTC Resyndications
  • Perform analysis of property financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns, and other source documents as needed.
  • Coordinate communications and manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Forge strong relationships with operating partners, work through challenges, and communicate concerns to internal leadership when expectations are not being met.
  • Be an active participant in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Support our Compliance team in monitoring compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple government agencies and programs.
  • Monitor various internal and external reporting programs and report any deviation of expectations.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects within Asset Management as needed.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Real Estate, etc.)
  • Up to 3 years of business‑related experience (entry‑level to early‑career)
  • Strong interest and passion for real estate finance/investing
  • Time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • A proactive mindset (urgency and purpose‑driven)
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Accountable with a high standard of work
  • Willing to take risks and ask questions
  • Focused on strong, clear communication
  • Team‑oriented and hands‑on
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
