About the Role

This opportunity is within the St. Pierre USA team, which is part of Grupo Bimbo. St. Pierre is a fast-growing, insurgent premium brand in the in-store bakery category with the backing of the world's largest bakery company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic insights leader who can uncover growth opportunities, craft compelling category stories, and influence US grocery retailers to embrace branded solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, digs deep into data, and turns insights into action that drives category and brand leadership.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the category and shopper expert for in-store bakery across US grocery retailers.
  • Analyze multiple data sources (retailer POS, syndicated data, shopper insights) to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop insight-driven category strategies and persuasive stories that educate retailers on the opportunity of branded solutions in a category often focused on private label.
  • Partner with Sales to build joint business plans and elevate selling capabilities through tools, training, and storytelling.
  • Provide actionable recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies aligned with retailer and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure insights inform innovation and execution.
Leadership Competencies:
  • Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different situations.
  • Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of Category Management or Insights experience in US Grocery retail (CPG/FMCG strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Strong knowledge of US retailer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Nielsen, IRI, and retailer POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders.
Why Join Us:
  • Be part of a disruptive brand redefining the in-store bakery experience.
  • High-impact role with autonomy and visibility-your insights will shape retailer strategy and brand growth.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced culture where initiative is rewarded.
