- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walking cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory on a daily basis and complete paperwork, including night drops with two drivers
- Clean equipment and facility daily
Provide on-the-job training, attend all meetings and training classes.
