Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Swoon is hiring for a fully remote Procurement Specialist to work with and support its procurement team.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity and schedule will be Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week with no overtime.
You Will:- Coordinate and monitor Purchase Requisition s and Purchase Orders through the approval process
- Support contract signature process from original routing, countersignature and upload into a contracts repository
- Develop expertise in multiple categories by analyzing spend and volume patterns
- Prepare RF(x) and support Procurement and teams in the sourcing process, including monitoring for incoming vendor responses and documenting bid comparisons
- Prepare summary documents of negotiated pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Work with our business partners to determine specific needs of the business
- Identify vendors with the capability to meet our requirements
- Support the Procurement team with the implementation of a Procure-to-Pay technology solution
