As an Inverto Summer Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges. From Day 1, you’ll contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that create measurable value for our clients.

• Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.
• Grow in an entrepreneurial environment. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced culture where you’ll take ownership, continuously learn, and contribute to building a growing business.
• Work across industries and client challenges. Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.
• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. Contribute to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions while quickly building industry knowledge and developing trusted working relationships with client teams.
• Leverage AI to advance the way we work. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients, while continuously building your fluency with the technology.
• Build knowledge across Inverto. Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.
• Learn through collaboration. Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.

The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $160,000.

We’re looking for candidates:

• Pursuing an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred, graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it as part of your professional growth
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.

Chicago and Atlanta will serve as our Summer 2027 internship hubs, and your internship will take place at one of these two offices. This program is evaluative, and interns may receive return full-time offers.
