Our Global Delivery team partners closely with Trans Union's strategic and high-value customers to understand their business needs and support successful delivery of solutions such as prescreen, analysis, and portfolio review services. The team works cross‑functionally with Sales and other internal partners to translate customer requirements into effective solutions while supporting some of Trans Union's key revenue‑generating products and customers. This role reports directly to a Senior Manager within the Customer Engagement division.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Experience translating business, technical, and functional requirements and collaborating with technical teams to support customer and business needs. Demonstrated experience managing multiple assignments, prioritizing workloads, and meeting expectations in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with data capture, data management, or related data‑processing activities. Strong customer‑facing experience and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Required Knowledge and ExperiencesA bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience, preferably within the financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, nontechnical language. Experience working with internal and external customers and collaborating effectively with technical partners. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment.
Experience working with data, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of ETL, or Extract, Transform, and Load, concepts and processes. Experience capturing, reviewing, organizing, and working with data. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable information.
