Director of Strategic Initiatives

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Growth leadership and cross-functional partners across Development, Brand, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other teams to translate Hyatt’s growth strategy into tangible initiatives and measurable outcomes. You will be instrumental in helping bring Hyatt’s strategy to life across the organization by driving alignment, monitoring progress, strengthening execution discipline, and advancing practical AI-enabled capabilities that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
