Specialist‑level professional recognized as an expert in own area within the organization with depth and breadth of expertise in software and Dev Ops project delivery. Works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations. Solves difficult and complex problems and takes a broad perspective in identifying solutions. May lead functional teams or projects and coaches, delegates, and reviews work of less experienced team members.

Owns complete software and Dev Ops engagements end to end, including multi‑team efforts that combine custom application, Ignition, integration, and platform scope. Accountable for the commercial outcome as well as the delivery outcome: designs the delivery model for each engagement, structures agile execution inside fixed‑price and milestone‑based contracts, leads proposal and estimating efforts for iterative work, and manages the client relationship through negotiation, change, and escalation.

Coaches project managers, technical leads, and client product owners in agile practice.

• Own complete software and Dev Ops engagements end to end, including multi‑team efforts across application, integration, and platform scope
• Hold accountability for the commercial outcome as well as delivery, including margin, revenue recognition, and forecast accuracy
• Design the delivery model for each engagement, choosing cadence, milestone structure, and release approach to fit the contract, the client's change control, and the team
• Lead proposal development and estimating for iterative work, translating an initial backlog into an estimate, contingency, and milestone billing structure
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and change with client stakeholders, managing backlog trade‑offs against the contracted budget
• Coordinate multiple scrum teams on one engagement, including joint planning and cross‑team dependency management
