Founder's Associate, Operations

Discovered Labs is a search and AI visibility agency serving B2B SaaS companies. This role owns the company’s operational backbone, from money flows to people processes, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

• Process supplier bills and expenses and prepare payment runs for founder approval
• Prepare monthly contractor payroll across currencies and send for approval
• Track affiliate and referral partners, calculate commissions and prepare payouts
• Raise client invoices, manage receivables, and chase late payments as needed
• Maintain a simple weekly cash position for the founders
• Run onboarding and offboarding for contractors and clients, including contracts and tool access

• 1 to 3 years in operations, admin, finance, customer work or STEM roles
• Strong recent graduates welcome
• Regular, hands-on use of AI tools like Claude, Claude Code or Codex
• Clear written and spoken English for client communication
• Comfortable discussing money with clients and chasing late payments while preserving relationships
• Problem solving with no-code tools or AI to automate manual processes
