About the roleAs a Business Analyst at Owl Technology Solutions, you'll embed with one of our teams to understand each client's business - its goals, constraints, and pain points - and shape that understanding into solutions that fit.
You'll work directly with clients from the first conversation onward, making sure that what we build is what their business actually needs.
What you'll doWork closely with clients to understand their needs, workflows, and problems.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable direction for engineering and design.
Build reports and dashboards that make client data decision-ready.
Validate that delivered solutions solve the business problems they were scoped for.
What we're looking forBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proficiency with AI tools for analysis and design - you use them daily to work faster and dig deeper.
A high degree of independence - you can own a client relationship and drive open questions to answers without hand-holding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
