- Perform current-state assessment and gap analysis of existing REMIT processes and controls
- Translate REMIT requirements into practical business and operational requirements, including governance and roles
- Assess consistency of REMIT implementation across locations and identify regulatory risks
- Partner with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to define the target-state operating model
- Define and prioritise remediation actions and develop an implementation roadmap
- Review transaction and fundamental data reporting, market abuse controls, and disclosure obligations
- Produce documentation to support internal governance and audit reviews
- Strong practical knowledge of REMIT and European energy/commodity market regulation
- Experience with in energy and/or commodities trading and the trade lifecycle
- Demonstrable experience translating regulation into business processes and operating procedures
- Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and remediation programmes
- Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including process mapping and requirements gathering
- Working experience with Endur trading system and SCILA surveillance
- Knowledge of EMIR and other European transaction/regulatory reporting regimes
- Understanding of REMIT reporting processes and interaction with RRMs and ACER
- Experience working within Switzerland or supporting European cross-border operations
