Job Title - Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location - Remote
Role Type - Contract (6-12 months)
Must Have
Skills:
- 10+ years of continuous improvement and process engineering experience, with demonstrated success identifying, driving, and implementing business process improvements.
- Strong SAP implementation or enterprise digital transformation experience, with SAP S/4
HANA experience strongly preferred. - Proven ability to deliver meaningful business process improvements in support of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across business and technology teams to achieve transformation objectives.
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Support a large-scale SAP S/4
HANA ERP transformation initiative by providing continuous improvement and process engineering expertise. - Identify, evaluate, and implement business process improvements that align with enterprise transformation objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities for optimization and standardization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with SAP implementation and broader digital transformation activities.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with system capabilities and organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential implementation challenges.
- Help translate business requirements and operational needs into actionable process improvement recommendations.
- Support the adoption of optimized business processes as part of the organization's ERP transformation.
- Provide process engineering expertise to help ensure improvements are practical, scalable, and sustainable.
- Work independently and collaboratively to drive measurable improvements in business operations and transformation outcomes.
