• Trusted Business Consultant:
  Act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing leads - understanding campaign goals, resource tensions, and day to day execution roadblocks to advise on priorities and drive efficiencies.
• Targeted Campaign Operations Support:
  Act as the primary regional POC for self-service support, lead QA process for self-service programs in your region, and provide hands‑on custom campaign builds for complex, non‑standard "big rock" marketing events.
• Quarterly Plan Alignment:
  Support quarterly planning rhythms to align team capacity, operational tools, and sales needs directly to marketing execution.
• Business Metrics Advisory:
  Advise marketers on key business metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance standards, guiding the interpretation of metrics to inform strategic commercial choices and pipeline pivots.

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Business Partnering within a high-growth B2B organization.
• UK Based:
  Must be based in and legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom .
• Expertise in Marketo:
  Hands‑on operational experience with Marketo admin capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC):
  Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to build custom reports and dashboards, manage campaigns, and track lead routing and status updates.
