We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site operations for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring project success from start to finish.

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with senior management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and relevant software tools.
