Conduct resource allocation and load balancing to optimize manpower and equipmentacross concurrent projects. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to integratecost estimation data into project schedules for improved budget forecasting. Implementquantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations to predict potential cost overrunsand schedule deviations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project execution efficiency using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to track activities,dependencies, and milestones across multiple large-scale projects. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local construction regulations by conducting periodic projectaudits. Oversee cost tracking and variance analysis to ensure project expenditure remainswithin budgeted limits. Utilize SAP or Oracle ERP software for financial reporting andcost control integration with procurement workflows. Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to communicate project goalsand progress.

Tools: Rhinoceros 3D, V-ray, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and D5 Render.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum Experience: Twelve (12) months.
