• Lead strategic vision for data center construction projects, driving alignment with long‑term organizational goals.
• Oversee execution of complex construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement long‑term standards and strategies for colocation construction projects, delivering certainty and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
• Coordinate with DCIB teams for tenant fit‑out projects and manage construction oversight for colocation providers.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, manage risk evaluation, and perform quality assurance to meet design specifications.
• Provide ongoing colocation provider evaluation and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 50% or more as required; eligible for work‑from‑home/remote setup.

• Deep knowledge of base‑building data center construction – civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Strategic planning and program‑level requirements development.
• Experience managing large‑scale data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Leadership experience leading diverse teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proficiency in budget and vendor management.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge and effective stakeholder communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 12 years of construction project management experience focused on data center or colocation infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale construction projects with quality control and design coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

US:
Hiring range $161,700 – $338,500 per year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
