We’re seeking a growth oriented Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working on commercial builds, and is ready to take ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, staffing, budgets, and schedules across the construction lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
- Monitor project performance—track cost, schedule, scope, quality—and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
- Lead permitting, inspections, and close‑out processes; ensure comprehensive project documentation and compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication across project stakeholders and implement tools for transparency and collaboration.
- 3–7 years of construction project management experience in commercial environments (retail, mixed‑use, QSR, tenant improvement) preferred.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and collaboration tools (experience with Pro Core, Building Connected, Microsoft Project a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
