Senior Project Manager - Construction - Multifamily

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from initial conception to final completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Manage the budget, timeline, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the project and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timeline of the project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and 2 years as a Project Manager who has run a ground-up multifamily project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
