• 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
• Contact Hourly Rate is $25/hr flexible
• Salary Conversion Range $50-60K, DOE
• MUST have a valid Driver’s License
• MUST be able to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV/driving record check

PRG has partnered with a rapidly growing ISP to help them identify and hire 8 technically savvy Construction Technicians to help manage the buildout of a new network. The Construction Techs will be looking for current permits, PPE, customer issues, personnel issues, and other day-to-day items. Each Construction Tech will be assigned 3 separate (ISP/OSP) crews to ensure they are operating at 100% efficiency.

• Provide on-site coordination of fiber optic cabling, installation, modification, and splicing work performed by crew.
• Survey job sites to determine the best installation practices
• Coordinate workflow within the field, acting as company liaison
• Real time identification of punchlist items
• Ensure and maintain all company quality control and safety requirements
• Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate crew capacity
• Perform quality control inspections and correct issues and complaints in real time
• Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where personnel are working

• Related Construction experience in the (outside) Telecom or Fiber industry is preferred
• Must have excellent communication & customer service skills
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and safe/clean driving record
