Position:
Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent plays a pivotal role in managing the onsite activities of our projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with the Project Manager, this role ensures the flawless execution of the project plan while developing professional relationships with owners, architects, and other project stakeholders. The position is not only active in operations but also instrumental in the firm’s growth, embodying our drive to innovate and excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Trust:
    Manage all project stages with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Innovative Ideas:
    Manage and coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, and owner vendors, employing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless communication.
  • Safety First:
    Uphold OSHA standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
  • Build Relationships:
    Develop well-organized project schedules and foster a collaborative environment to build strong relationships.
  • Cultural Contributor:
    Participate in intern/candidate interviews and mentor field personnel, reinforcing our culture and values.
  • Creative Solutions:
    Display adaptability by finding creative solutions to challenges, ensuring projects remain on track despite unforeseen circumstances.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    Promote teamwork and open communication, involving all project stakeholders proactively.
  • Drive and Resolution:
    Show determination in resolving on-site challenges for timely resolution with minimal schedule and cost impacts.
  • Client Engagement:
    Participate in client pitches with creative and practical contributions.
  • Pre-construction Excellence:
    Supervise and participate in pre-construction activities, offering insights on logistics, constructability, and subcontractor scopes to ensure trust and accuracy in project bids.
Requirements

  • Experienced in managing large-scale construction projects with a proven 8+ year track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering teamwork and engaging with all project stakeholders.

  • Committed to safety, quality, and integrity in every aspect of their work.
