Lead Superintendent – Healthcare Projects
We are currently seeking a Lead Superintendent with healthcare project experience for a premier general contractor.
This is a key position with excellent opportunity for career advancement! This position is for Superintendents who have owned their projects from start to finish on large healthcare projects including ground‑up, additions, and renovations.

Qualifications- The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on commercial construction projects – Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Must have a proven work history on the mentioned project types.
- College degree with a BS in Construction Management or a similar program is a plus.
- Proficiency with safety procedures.
- Extensive managerial and people skills.
- Experience in materials procurement.
- Supervision of self‑performed work.
