Senior Project Executive​/Owner’s Representative – High End Residential Construction

About the Position:

Sr. Project Executive (SPX) - This is an open position opportunity to be hired by our client - a nationwide luxury custom home builder based out of Chicago, IL.

• Combination – work both in office & on-site (Chicago, NY, Miami, among others)
• High end complex custom homes-Elite
• Lead a team from preconstruction through close out on the construction of Elite Custom Homes. Owners Representative.
• Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.
• Make decisions on office space or staff issues
• Manage regular project meetings, inspections, advising on pitfalls and suggesting solutions, providing project updates and reports, overseeing and monitoring construction progress throughout and to the end of the project with the utmost of confidence and confidentiality.
• Manage various internal staff members, review and approve staff expense reports, assist in preparation of company billing, conduct staff evaluations and manage disciplinary issues, and assist with recruiting.

Requirements:

• Travel may be necessary, both local and out of state.
• Minimum of (15) plus years of experience
• At least (5) plus years managing a team or unit in commercial or residential construction.
• High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience)
• Top tier - Client and people-oriented person
