Entry-Level Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

A growing mechanical contractor is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager to support ongoing work in HVAC and plumbing construction. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone with early project experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a full project management role.

• Support senior PMs in scheduling, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Track budgets, materials, and progress across active jobs
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and jobsite communications
• Participate in project meetings and closeout processes
• Communicate effectively with field teams and vendors

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or mechanical construction support
• HVAC or plumbing construction background preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a lead role
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Local candidates preferred
