Project Manager/Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team for an exciting and large-scale commercial construction project. This opportunity is open to candidates living anywhere within the continental USA, with work sites located in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and South Carolina. The role involves managing a 5-year, $3 billion project, working closely with owners to ensure timely and quality completion, and engaging in various construction management tasks.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with owners to ensure project completion is on time and meets quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage submittals and other documentation by submitting them into the database.
- Handle and process Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Participate in meetings including bids, general contractor meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
- 10 years of Project Management experience if transitioning from the General Contractor side.
- 5+ years of experience working on RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing vertical commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects and data centers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in commercial and data center construction projects.
This position requires on-site work, five days a week, at the first 12-month project location in Manassas, VA. The role involves close collaboration with the General Contractor. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
