Responsibilities
  • Lead daily site construction work to ensure the crew meets production goals.
  • Understand and implement company Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies and industry standards (OSHA, TIA
    10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI).
  • Ensure safety requirements at sites and with crew.
  • Oversee daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew.
  • Implement and follow job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Compile all site‑specific closeout documentation and upload it to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site‑related activities and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning for all crew members.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
  • Validate daily timesheets for management.
  • Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Have welding experience (industrial) and structural Mod experience.
Qualifications
  • Safety is a part of your day to day.
  • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • Knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach.
  • Looking for long‑term projects.
  • Enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
  • Expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • WSA certification is a plus.
  • Job‑related certifications (First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, Connector attachment).
  • Organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company policy.
  • Ability to maintain FDOT log books; training will be provided.
  • Ability to lead, teach, and train proper work and safety procedures.
  • Ensure a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Manage paperwork (Excel, Word, etc.) effectively.
  • Fit and in good physical condition; able to climb towers, lift up to 50 lb., and work up to 12 hours.
