Construction Superintendent – Chicago, IL

Base pay range: $95,000.00 - $ per year.

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project timelines
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation
• Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to budgetary and scheduling requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Must have prior general contracting or construction management experience
• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience, with a focus on commercial, mixed‑use, institutional, healthcare, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
