What You'll Do

• Lead all field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects - ensuring safety, schedule, and quality stay on track.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain communication and momentum from mobilization through closeout.
• Oversee daily site activities, conduct safety meetings, manage inspections, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
• Serve as the face of the company in the field - ensuring every project reflects their reputation for integrity and craftsmanship.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Strong background in scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to lead with accountability and communicate clearly across all levels.
• OSHA 30 and strong safety track record required.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally depending on project locations.
