Superintendent Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience working for a General Contractor
• Background in light industrial, manufacturing, or similar commercial construction preferred
• Ability to travel nationwide and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Client-facing mindset with a commitment to quality and professionalism
