Senior Project Manager (High-End Residential Construction)
Base pay range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who will oversee high-end luxury residential projects from initiation to close. Responsibilities include hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. The ideal candidate has knowledge of regulations, permits, and project management methodology, and works well with others, is highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines, and stays within budget.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience with High-End Residential Construction
- Technically literate
- Motivated team player
