Salary: $75,000 - $105,000+ (DOE) + Great career progression + Bonuses + PTO + 401k

In this role, you will be based in their Chicago office where you will have the exciting opportunity to estimate on large scale commercial construction projects in the state as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing bids for projects, carrying out take-offs related to equipment and materials, and to interpret plans and blueprints.

• Preparing estimates and tracking bids.
