Turner & Townsend in Chicago is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on complex construction projects. You will drive cost planning, value engineering and post-contract cost control while interfacing with clients and design teams.
You have a strong background in cost management, at least 5–7 years in construction, and preferably RICS; you will mentor junior staff and ensure accurate forecasts and timely final accounts.
