Bushman Construction Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join our Chicago-based team and manage commercial construction projects throughout the United States.

This is not a traditional office-only Project Manager position. We are looking for an experienced construction professional who can independently estimate, manage, and run projects in the field without requiring multiple layers of management.

If you enjoy autonomy, taking ownership of your projects, and being part of a small, experienced team, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT BUSHMAN CONSTRUCTION

Bushman Construction Management, Inc. is a Chicago-based general contractor providing commercial construction and construction management services throughout the United States. Since 2005, we have completed projects for clients in financial services, retail, restaurants, medical practices, corporate offices, and other commercial environments.

What makes Bushman Construction different is how we operate. We are a small, experienced team where Project Managers have the independence to make decisions, take ownership of their projects, and work directly with clients. Rather than being limited to one part of the construction process, our Project Managers are involved from estimating and preconstruction through field execution and final closeout.

We value people who are self-motivated, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in what they build. Our collaborative environment allows everyone to contribute ideas, develop relationships, and have a direct impact on the success and growth of the company.

If you're looking for a place where your experience is valued, your decisions matter, and you're trusted to get the job done, Bushman Construction may be the right fit for you.
