Job DescriptionSeeking a talented person as a Landscape Estimator
. This person will be responsible for a variety of duties focusing around bidding and proposal generation for Landscape Construction Projects.
Areas of focus will include:
- document review
- specification reading
- plan take-offs
- estimating
- purchasing
- subcontractor relations
- composing emails and correspondence
- field site visits
- spreadsheet and database work
- review and corrections
Associate Degree
5+ yrs of experience as Landscape Estimator
3+ Bidding, RFP, RFI and proposal writing
Estimating software, MS Excel
Customer centered and focused;
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
A go-getter and will do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
Team player
