Next 150 Construction, LLC is seeking a Self-Perform Estimator II to join the Preconstruction team. You will develop take-offs for concrete, carpentry, and related scopes, and work with vendors to obtain quotes, supporting Northeastern and other markets with Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest needs.
Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in Engineering or Construction Management and 2–5 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of Procore and strong communication skills.
