The Brand Design Manager is a vital member of the Brand Team within the Marketing Department. You are an exceptionally creative, curious, and agile design leader who is adept at creating everything from infographics and flyers to social media content and digital brochures. You are the brand ambassador who leads the company and external freelancers in best practices for how to bring the brand to life creatively.

You stay on top of design and storytelling trends, and have a passion for using graphics to convey specific business or culture-based messaging. Problem‑solving is at the core of your design practice and is not only limited to design deliverables; you also delight in helping people realize what they need and providing your teammates and freelancers with your creative expertise.

And though you are self‑motivated, independent, and driven, you love to be a part of a supportive and energetic team!

Working in the office 3 days per week is a requirement. This requirement may be subject to change based on team and business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creative excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Design a wide range of engaging digital assets, including Whitepapers (eBooks) and survey reports, Online Display Banners and PPC advertisements, Social media assets, Infographics and other custom graphics, Google slide decks (for webinars, board meetings, and other presentations), Case studies, Email banners, Graphics for videos, Landing page mockups, logo treatments, and other assigned tasks.
  • Design print assets, including Direct Mail, Sales Enablement (leave behinds, flyers, flash cards), Tradeshow/events (flyers, posters, backdrops, brochures).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Flo Qast and its customers to ensure all designs produced will meet the requirements and brand values of the company.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, presenting creative concepts and recommendations to team members.
  • Meet and collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to understand their goals and help suggest creative solutions.
  • Help project manage all design‑related tasks, ensuring all projects are completed on time, and communicate with stakeholders regarding reviews and approvals.
  • Develop new creative ideas and present these ideas to management, determining the best way to bring the ideas to fruition.
  • Advocate for design best practices and the value of a strategic, user‑centric approach within senior leadership.
  • Promote the best way to articulate our brand across the organization.
  • Take the lead in educating our freelancer network on our brand and provide direction on design projects.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8-10 years of graphic design and art direction experience with 2+ years in a management or lead role.
  • BFA or equivalent education in graphic design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and print with applications in branding, digital marketing, demand generation, and corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for visual composition, with an excellent understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and UX principles.
  • Experience working across channels for print, graphic, digital, and branding projects.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable meeting with stakeholders to understand their goals and create a recommended design framework based on the needs of the project.
  • The ability to assess all design work to ensure high‑quality deliverables and meet brand and content standards.
  • The ability to implement designs for use in Webflow and email marketing platforms (Hub Spot).
  • Experience working in project management systems (e.g. Asana), content management systems (e.g. Showpad).
  • Minimal travel, up to 10%.
