- Own the brand identity, artwork, data visualization, and brand story: create original graphics for clear and engaging communications.
- Transform intricate medical and scientific information into compelling visuals while mentoring junior art directors.
- Lead visual creation to ensure projects align with brand strategic goals.
- Collaborate with copy partners to bring information to life visually and in layout.
- Demonstrate expertise across tactics: print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences.
- Deliver client presentations consistently to clients and regional teams.
- Contribute innovative concepts to agency-wide creative initiatives, including new campaigns.
- Talent for visual design and art creation: 6-8 years of design and art direction experience with excellent design skills and conceptual thinking.
- Passion for science and healthcare: ability to translate clinical information into persuasive visuals.
- Insatiable curiosity: always exploring advertising, health, and pharma trends.
