• Own the brand identity, artwork, data visualization, and brand story: create original graphics for clear and engaging communications.
• Transform intricate medical and scientific information into compelling visuals while mentoring junior art directors.
• Lead visual creation to ensure projects align with brand strategic goals.
• Collaborate with copy partners to bring information to life visually and in layout.
• Demonstrate expertise across tactics: print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences.
• Deliver client presentations consistently to clients and regional teams.
• Contribute innovative concepts to agency-wide creative initiatives, including new campaigns.

• Talent for visual design and art creation: 6-8 years of design and art direction experience with excellent design skills and conceptual thinking.
• Passion for science and healthcare: ability to translate clinical information into persuasive visuals.
• Insatiable curiosity: always exploring advertising, health, and pharma trends.
