The Executive Director of Creator Content will lead the development and execution of best-in-class creator content across Creo. This role focuses on content excellence, ensuring all creator-driven initiatives align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Excellence & Strategy:
    Drive the vision for creator content across campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights. Develop and refine creative briefs that inspire creators and deliver against strategic goals.
  • Creator Management:
    Lead briefing sessions with creators and influencer partners. Oversee creator deliverables, ensuring adherence to creative briefs and brand guidelines. Review and approve content, guaranteeing quality and compliance before final delivery.
  • Operational Leadership:
    Manage timelines, workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution. Implement processes for content review and feedback loops.
  • Budget & Investment Oversight:
    Own budget planning and management for creator content programs. Provide financial stewardship, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and ROI. Partner across activation and account teams to optimize spend and negotiate creator partnerships.
  • Vendor Management:
    Oversee relationships with creator platforms, talent agencies, and third‑party vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage performance to ensure value and compliance.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
    Collaborate with analytics teams to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Talent Development & Training:
    Build and mentor a high‑performing team focused on creator content excellence. Develop training programs to upskill team members on creative briefing, content review, and emerging trends.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in media investment; managing client campaigns and budgets.
  • 10+ years in content strategy, influencer marketing, or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale creator programs and budgets.
  • Proven experience growing, training, and leading a cross‑functional team.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Tik Tok One, Meta Creator Marketplace, You Tube Brand content, & Later.
Success Measures (first 6–12 months)
  • Operational Hygiene:
    Implement workflows for creative brief development, creator briefing, and content review. Collaborate on RACI with Account, Talent, Finance teams.
  • Team Building:
    Assess team capabilities and implement training programs.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    Establish a clear content vision to align with Creo’s clients.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job‑related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range: $150,000—$250,000 USD

Hybrid:
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in‑office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in‑office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in‑office days based on business needs.
