We’re on the lookout for a Copy Supervisor to lead charge on exciting clients. Not only will you be the wordsmith extraordinaire, but you might also find yourself guiding and inspiring other creative minds.
What You’ll Do- Research and “own” the science and references behind brands: always look for emerging research.
- Translate complex medical or scientific information into compelling messages and copy; teach developing writers this skill.
- Lead the creation of copy and creative to ensure each project adheres to the strategic goals of the brand.
- Collaborate with visual partners to find the best solutions for bringing information to life.
- Demonstrate expertise on a diverse range of tactics across print, digital, social, and motion for both HCP and patient audiences.
- Create compelling presentations; present to clients and regulatory teams when called upon.
- Regularly contribute to concepting for agency‑wide creative efforts, including new campaigns and new business.
- 6‑8 years of HCP writing experience with a portfolio demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills.
- Passion for science and healthcare; ability to research and understand clinical studies and translate concepts into persuasive marketing materials.
- Insatiable curiosity: a student of advertising and health/pharma, always looking for ways to bring modern trends into our world.

Salary range: $105,000 – $135,000. The starting offer will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
Location and ScheduleHybrid schedule requiring onsite presence Tuesday–Thursday each week in the Chicago office.
