Senior Art Director; In-house​/Tech

We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Art Director to lead and elevate the visual expression of an in‑house technical brand. This role requires exceptional design craft, originality, and the ability to execute custom, intentional work. You will partner closely with senior creative leadership and mentor junior designers while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day design execution.

• Translate creative direction into premium, high‑quality design across all brand touchpoints.
• Produce original, non‑templated design work with strong attention to detail.
• Mentor and collaborate with Graphic Designers and Art Designers.
• Contribute to the development of scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
• Create compelling visual narratives, presentations, campaigns, and launch assets.
• Present work clearly to leadership and refine based on feedback.
• Maintain organized workflows, version control, and strong execution standards.

• 7+ years in Art Direction, Visual Design, or Brand Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑craft design, strong typography, and custom‑built systems.
• Experience supporting major creative campaigns or brand launches.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools.
• Ability to translate direction into intentional, strategic design.
• Strong understanding of design systems and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Highly hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and craft‑driven.
• Organized, fast‑moving, and comfortable working with senior leadership.
• Motivated to help build and evolve a modern, high‑impact brand.
