Weigel Broadcasting Co. is a family-owned media company based in Chicago, Illinois. The company owns and operates national television networks, as well as local broadcast stations throughout the country. Weigel is a leader in broadcast television with MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television, the number one rated classic TV entertainment network, as well as the Movies! Network, the Catchy Comedy Network, the H&I - Heroes & Icons Network, the Start TV Network and the Dabl Network, among others.

Weigel produces network TV programs such as Svengoolie, Toon In With Me and Collector’s Call, and its local stations include CBS, ABC, The CW, MyNet, Telemundo and Univision affiliates in 29 U.S. markets.

This seasoned design superstar will create dynamic motion graphics for network sizzle videos, as well as digital and print presentation decks, one sheets, and other assorted collateral materials that tell our company’s exciting story. We are looking for a collaborative creative dynamo who is ready to roll up their sleeves and join our amazing team. This position reports to the Creative Services Director with additional reporting to the Art Director.

• Demonstrated professional experience working at a TV network, major market station, streaming service, studio or agency.
• Masterful creative and technical skills using the Adobe creative suite, as well as PowerPoint and other appropriate design tools.
• A strong visual aesthetic that exemplifies creative and clean graphic design, layout, and typography, with heavy motion graphics skills a must.
• A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively with all employees across the organization.
• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• A positive can-do attitude and big idea generator with a passion for TV, their work, and the creative process.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $70,000.00-$85,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
