How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Copywriter at Epsilon you will be the driving force behind the message. You will develop and implement compelling, creative copy for a diverse digital world including web, mobile, audio, video. This role requires balancing creativity with strategic performance thinking. You will join a collaborative team working closely with Art Directors, Client Partners and senior Copywriters to deliver integrated work that meets client objectives and specific audience needs.
From developing campaign concepts to refining messaging based on data insights, brand guidelines and client feedback you’ll help raise the creative bar and deliver impactful solutions for top consumer brands across diverse industries (grocery, retail, auto, fashion and more).
What You’ll Achieve- Develop persuasive, on‑brand copy for omnichannel campaigns spanning web, mobile, audio, video, social, email and branded landing page experiences where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize, improve and deliver strategic creative solutions.
- Lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Present concepts internally and occasionally to clients, articulating rationale clearly and persuasively.
- Apply feedback from senior Copy leads to elevate work.
- Gain exposure to data‑driven marketing strategies and learn how insights inform creative decisions.
- Build expertise in a specific area (e.g., interactive digital media, personalized shopper journeys, audio scriptwriting) while maintaining versatility across channels.
What You’ll Bring With You
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting for digital marketing (agency or in‑house).
- Ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy tailored to different audiences, styles and channels.
- Self‑starter mentality with strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving skills to guide idea generation.
- Passion for words, creative production and the art of crafting clever lines.
- Comfort working with data‑driven insights to inform messaging.
- Versatile writing style that allows you to shift brand voices across projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Foundational presentation and communication abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail work that’s always on par with grammatical and digital best practices.
- Proficiency in Word; basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of brand voice and central messaging across multiple channels.
- Background working in a fast paced, results‑focused environment.
- A knack for simplifying complex ideas into relevant, engaging content.
- Interest in staying up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
- Experience employing AI prompts to propel creative workflows and ideation.
- Familiarity with personalization or campaigns based on organized data.
