DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Copywriter to support our consumer deposits business. As Copywriter, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers and prospects have clear information-and inspiration-to make smart decisions about their savings. You'll write everything from customer communications and website/UX copy to online display ads, marketing emails, FAQs and more. As part of an internal Creative Services team and collaborating with stakeholders in Brand, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance, you'll craft messaging that is customer-centric, clear, accurate, and legally compliant and that motivates the reader to take action.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, Legal and Compliance) to create copy based on creative briefs and on schedule
• Produce copy according to brand guidelines and in the brand voice
• Work with designers to develop concepts and execute first-class creative materials
• Write copy that meets regulatory and compliance requirements
• Solicit and receive feedback and approvals from stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, from quick-turns to longer, in-depth projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in customer communications and marketing copywriting
• Consumer financial services experience
• with a focus on consumer direct response and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated customer focus in copywriting projects
• Ability to translate and simplify complex concepts into everyday consumer language
• Proactive team player, able to synthesize multiple inputs and feedback from various stakeholders
• Natural curiosity and instinct to ask questions, learn and challenge
• Organization and project management skills
• High degree of personal accountability for results
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
