This role requires a strong work ethic, flexible hours including overnights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for transporting materials, flowers, and team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event logistics including packing, transporting, setting up, and striking floral installations, displays, and materials.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and efficient event execution according to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Operate company vehicles to transport flowers, supplies, and team members to and from event sites (must have valid driver’s license).
  • Support on-site floral designers and coordinators with tasks during events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work spaces, event materials, and vehicles.
  • Represent Southside Blooms with professionalism and courtesy at all times when interfacing with clients, vendors, and community members. This includes adhering to dress code and conduct policies.
  • Assist in managing inventory after events.
Qualifications

  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for community development and alignment with Southside Blooms' mission.
