Most creator gigs pay you the same whether your video gets 200 views or 2 million. This one pays you more when you win.
You get $25 an hour to make wedding flowers on camera. On top of that, every video earns you $2 for each 1,000 views past its first 10,000. No cap. A video that hits 250,000 views pays you an extra $480. One that hits a million pays an extra $1,980.
What you’d be filmingEvery bouquet we ship started as a bag of plain wood shavings and a date that cannot move.
Sola Wood Flowers makes wedding flowers out of sola wood. Every petal is cut, shaped, dyed and assembled by hand. They look real, they never wilt, and brides can dye them any color they want. Brides all over the US use them to build their own bouquets, or have us build them.
Our Instagram and Tik Tok are a blank canvas... and you decide what goes on it.
Your week- Make 5-10 short videos a week for Instagram and Tik Tok, then Facebook, You Tube Shorts and Pinterest.
- Be on camera doing the fun part: building bouquets, dyeing flowers, matching a bride’s colors, answering the questions brides actually ask.
- Film at home, on your own schedule. We ship you the flowers, dye and tools.
- Pitch your own hooks and formats. Spot a trend on Monday... ride it that week. No committee.
- Write the caption, pick the audio, hand it off ready to post.
- Check what worked and tell us why, with numbers.
- About 20 hours a week, plus one call a week with our marketing team.
- Your upside isn’t capped. A breakout video pays you like a breakout video.
- Your ideas actually ship. No approval maze, no five rounds of notes.
- Supplies are free. Flowers, dye and tools show up at your door.
- Flops are fine. We judge videos on views, watch time, saves and shares, and we expect some to miss. The only way to get in trouble here is not posting.
- You already make short-form video, for yourself or for brands, and you can link it.
- You’re relaxed talking to a camera.
- You’re good with your hands. Bouquets, wreaths, home decor, any craft counts. Never worked with sola wood? Fine. We’ll teach you.
- You shoot and edit start to finish on your own. A phone and a window are enough.
- You live in the US and have a corner at home to film and store supplies.
Do I need a big following? No. We care what your videos do, not how many people follow you.
Do I need fancy gear? No. A phone, good light and an editing app.
Do I have to be on camera? Yes, every week. If that’s a deal breaker, skip this one.
Can I just edit? No. You shoot it, you’re in it, you edit it.
Is this full-time? No. It’s a 1099 contract, about 20 hours a week, no benefits.
