Working directly with the artist, this person will monitor all operations and enforce all directives to management and creative teams.
Project coordinator across many projects, the role requires someone who can bring structure to an evolving and sometimes unpredictable daily routine. This role mainly keeps ideas moving toward completion while taking on the day-to-day overseeing and enforcement of directives.
Key Responsibilities- Build or maintain accessible creative archives or structure when needed, with clear systems for filing, labeling, version tracking, and retrieval.
- Serve as a thought-partner by assisting in troubleshooting challenges, and helping translate early ideas into actionable next steps.
- Once a new plan is developed and approved by the artist, the candidate will clearly communicate the artist’s direction and feedback to management, designers, collaborators, and other creative teams.
- Track requests, revisions, deadlines, and outstanding decisions, following through to ensure nothing gets lost.
- Prepare materials for meetings and creative reviews, presenting information in a clear, useful format.

- Proficiency with apps & programs such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Samply for organizing, sharing, and reviewing creative materials.
- A creative mind able to adapt and find ways to make calendar creation and workflow easy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate creative conversations into clear notes and actionable tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- A self-starter who anticipates needs, identifies next steps, and follows through without constant direction.
- Quick on their feet, adaptable, and resourceful with technology and shifting priorities.
- Ideally creative curiosity and an interest in music, visual culture, and how artists develop their work, though not a requirement if otherwise a fit.
- Discretion, dependability, common sense and sound judgment regarding professional relationships.
- Ability to work closely with an artist while coordinating effectively with management and established teams.
The successful candidate will be onboarded directly by the artist. Together, they will develop, test, and refine workflows, communication practices, and project plans before introducing them to the artist’s broader management and creative teams.
A tailored onboarding curriculum is currently in development. It will provide context on the artist’s creative process, preferences, and working relationships, while allowing the candidate to help shape systems they can confidently manage moving forward.
Schedule and AvailabilityThis is a full-time contract role requiring flexibility around touring schedules and international time zones. Working hours and response expectations will be agreed upon, with availability during designated periods when the artist is on tour.
