Graphic Designer at HRCap, Inc.

Our client is a rapidly scaling, mid-size technology corporation (500+ employees) modernizing cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise software solutions. We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented entry-level Graphic Designer to join their central Brand and Marketing Creative team. This role is a foundational career accelerator, focusing on translating complex technical concepts into visually stunning, high-converting digital assets across web, social media, email campaigns, and corporate collateral, while strictly maintaining global brand integrity.

• Creative Mentorship Track:
  Work directly alongside senior designers, art directors, and brand strategists who are committed to mentoring you and expanding your technical design capabilities.
• High-Visibility Portfolios:
  Own visual projects from concept to execution, seeing your designs deployed across active global tech marketing campaigns, major product launches, and high-traffic web properties.
• Modern Creative Tech Stack:
  Gain daily hands-on experience utilizing cutting-edge design infrastructure, collaborative prototyping applications, and generative AI-assisted creative tools.

• Digital Asset Production:
  Design high-quality digital assets for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including static and animated social media graphics (Linked In, X, You Tube), display ads, email templates, and blog headers.
• Corporate & Sales Enablement:
  Collaborate with internal teams to build and polish high-impact presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides), technical whitepapers, e-books, and event signage.
• Web & Prototyping Support:
  Assist Web and Product teams by designing landing page layouts, standard UI components, and digital banners within collaborative workspace systems.
• Brand Asset Stewardship:
  Organize, update, and maintain the central digital asset management system, ensuring all external-facing collateral adheres to established corporate brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography rules.

  Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, taking constructive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly execute design revisions and variations.

• Education & Creative Portfolio:
  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field. A professional online portfolio demonstrating strong foundational layout skills, typography, color theory, and digital asset composition is mandatory.
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  0 to 2 years of professional design experience, which can include highly technical internships, agency apprenticeships, or dedicated freelance design portfolios within the tech or B2B sectors.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery:
  High proficiency with industry-standard creative software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Modern Prototyping Tooling:
  Practical familiarity with Figma or Sketch for digital layout generation, hand-offs, and asset extraction.
• Multimedia & Motion Aptitude:
  Basic foundational skill or exposure to motion graphics and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized for social media campaigns.
• Execution & Agile Alignment:
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative briefs simultaneously under tight sprint deadlines, paired with a highly receptive attitude toward collaborative design critique.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 base structure + Performance Bonus, Equity Shares & Premium Corporate Health Benefits.
